Very entertaining

A very talented cast in a film that went under the radar. This one is a thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

This one ranks right up there with Corinthian Leather!
18 April 2001
Food of the Gods is an authentic terrible movie. It is genuinely bad in every aspect a movie can be bad and that's what makes it so great. It's like polyester and fake leather. So bad it's good.

How do they grow crops in a tunnel underground?
30 March 2001
The entire premise of this movie is completely ridiculous. This tribe of indians is living underground and they can survive without light, they can grow crops too. It does try to present a moral cause, but the unwillingness of Feivals father to do anything about their situation seems counter to the character he became in the original. And the animation is terrible.

What could be better than Steven Seagal dying?
27 September 2000
Warning: Spoilers
SPOILER ALERT> I've always thought Steven Seagal movies were lame and wasn't too happy when a couple of my friends brought this one back from the video store. The movie is actually a pretty good thriller, but I just loved it when Seagal died. It was a tacky attempt at heroism, but it was so early in the film that you don't remember anything about him being in it, except that the acting was suddenly so much better.

A complex movie
11 February 2000
This movie is far more complex than a person can comprehend in one viewing. It is not simply about time travel and the apocalypse, it revolves around the human need for power and domination and were we stand in relation to the world, now and in the future. Time travel, the apocalypse, and and the confusion of one man are all an interesting stage on which to display a deeper concept.
