NCIS used to be a show that had interesting characters, both the stars and guest stars, and interesting cases.

Tonight's episode showcased how they have lost their way a little bit. We had an interesting character in a strong blind woman with charm, but the case got lost in a hurry. What started off exhilarating with a car chase into a lake ended with a pharmacy owner being a drug dealer. Yep, weird.

Disappointing in the long run!

To start right off with the review, "Sight unseen" is definitely one of the most disappointing episodes of this season. It's not bad (light years away from "Homesick, "Ready or not"), but still not good.

Let's start with positives.

. There is some good character work (really liked the blind woman) here and humor that actually works. The story of "Sight unseen" has a compelling start with great action, but it quickly fades...

Because...

. After an okay set up, the murder mystery itself gets too predictable for its good. Twists and turns as well become more obvious in the long run. It's basically the same thing happened with "Fake it 'till you make it". Only difference between those two episodes is that "Sight unseen" is a lot more entertaining.

Overall, a disappointing watch.
