I never thought Smackdown was great last year, so I don't see what people saying it is significantly worse this year are really hinting at, but this was a mediocre episode of TV.
Why have the Riott Squad come out to confront Charlotte only to just head to the back once Robert Roode's music plays? That doesn't make any sense.
And you need to use the whole roster. Where was New Day? You can't just focus on 5 of the 6 people in the title match for the last hour of the show.
