Anya Olsen is a snooty brat in the first half of this underwhelming entry in Girlfriends' uninteresting series about real estate. She has sex with butch realtor Ryan Keely, while Keely's employee Giselle Palmer humps Casey Calvert, a massage therapist who gives Giselle a free treatment.
Second half of the DVD is linked by Giselle's character. It has Prinzzess up to no good as usual, browbeating Giselle about being a lesbian, when in fact P ends up seducing Giselle to have Sapphic sex herself.
A one-shot porno failure (as actress) Lanna Carter does little speaking and less acting, dominated by cougar Vanessa Veracruz, with VV lecturing her co-stars (and the audience) about tolerance for lesbianism.
Quite flimsy excuse for four sex vignettes only remotely related to the Real Estate series premise.
