Cinema Sickness is a Youtube show by David Kyle Eisenhauer. He goes out on various store (thrift, flea and otherwise) and buys DVDs, Blu Rays, VHS and lot of other things. He brings people out with him and we get funny interactions. Its enjoyable a lot of fun to watch.

I watch his show on Youtube for free He did great job for Hunting for movies/tv series/specials on VHS Tapes/DVDs/Blu-rays before he gonna share with us on Youtube. but He really loves movies/specials/series so much before he reviews, but you could bought any movies/series/specials where anything you want, but his media library are awesome and totally updates too. Cinema Sickness is was fun series for movies buffs and retro fans but I totally like it.

Best Channel on Youtube, Hands Down.
joshhart-075129 May 2022
Cinema Sickness is not only the best show on YouTube, but also the best show of all time.

I've been watching David's videos almost every day for the past 8-9 years, and I'm proud to have this show as a part of my daily life.

I honestly can't imagine where I would be today if CS never existed.

David Eisenhauer is one of the most committed gentlemen I've ever seen. The fact that this man has been able to do a video every single day for the past 11+ years, while also running his own store on Instagram/Mercari/EBAY, is amazing.

I think CS is proof that anyone can make a living off of what they enjoy doing most, as long as you just commit to it.

As someone who also happens to enjoy thrifting, it's fun watching Dave and his "Crew Members" go out to places like Thrift Stores, Flea Markets, Pawn Shops, Antique Malls, ETC, and try to hunt down all the amazing deals.

I also like how much Dave's channel has evolved over the years, going from being a channel about Movies and Collecting Cinematic Media, to now mostly being about Thrifting and hanging out with friends, while also continuing to show support for Physical Media, which is something that I 100% support, because we need more people to support Physical Media, especially now with Streaming continuously trying to take over everything.

I'll be honest though, as much as I like Dave's Thrifting Videos, my favorite videos of his are the ones where he does other things, like doing vlogs in Disney World, trying new foods, and showing off cool landmarks and roadside oddities. I like those videos the best, because it adds more of a variety to the channel, and it's a nice break from the same old same old. Not that I would ever get bored of Dave's Thrifting Videos. It's just nice to see something different every now and then.

His Monday Live Stream Videos are also a lot of fun, and I enjoy having them on in the background while doing other stuff. I hope he'll be able to do more Livestreams with Rick and Krazy Joe sometime soon, because those Livestreams were always the funniest.

And of course, Dave's interactions with his friends/"crew members" when they go out hunting together are always a blast to watch. I especially love when he hunts with Chris from "Muppet Stuff", because that's when things get especially wacky, (Just try to not take everything they say in the videos super seriously. After all, it is a show).

Weather you're into Movies, Toys, Thrifting, Physical Media, or just enjoy watching a bunch of good friends having fun hunting, Cinema Sickness has a little something for everybody, and is a total blast to watch. Highly recommend this channel to anyone who enjoys Thrifting and/or Movies, as well as those who support Physical Media.

Seriously, check this channel out. You will not regret it.

"Its tempting but you should pass"
jon_anderson7714 September 2021
Let me introduce you to Dave aka Cinema Sickness. Dave is the nerd from school who as he got older realised that listening to punk and rock music could stop him being bullied so he got the tattoos and the outfit but does not convey the lifestyle at all. For starters he's a spice girls mega fan. Not exactly punk rock. He's also the most contrary person you are ever likely to meet. He thinks Jar Jar Binks is the best Star Wars character and that Go Bots are better than Transformers. Yeah sure Dave. Now Lets talk about his channel. The videos are supposed to be him searching for movies for his vast collection but a combination of him owning so much already and the fact he is by his own admission a cheap skate means he never actually buys that much which results in very boring content. If you enjoy videos where I guy never buys anything and constantly says "its tempting but im going to pass" 7 days a week for 2+ years then this is for you. I actually stopped watching his videos for about 6 months and when I returned he was still doing the same shtick. Being in a medically induced coma was sadly more entertaining than his groundhog day posts. Why do people like this? Why do people send him free stuff when he clearly has no respect for the items that he throws on a couch behind him. Questions that baffle me. He had a brief 3 video run where he decided he was going to spend more and he did and it was great but it was shortlived and he soon slipped back into his boring tight fisted behaviour. Quite often the best bit about his videos are his fellow thrifters such as Chris, Joe and Rick who also have their own channel's that inexplicably have smaller followings than CS despite being much more interesting as they are focussed on a single subject matter such as Muppets or lunch boxes and they are funny. These guests bring humour and conflict which is a welcomed relief from Dave "being tempted" but not actually buying anything. Dave will often display annoyance that his friends have found better items than him but we all know he wouldn't spend more than 5 dollars on anything in a thrift store so its faux outrage at its worst. I keep coming back to these videos when I've finished watching other channel's that are actually good but having unsubscribed months ago and found better channels I think i'll be stopping altogether. I suggest you do the same.

Overlong "series"
dewlover4206 May 2020
I just like to imagine how his videos would maybe be some of the best on YOUTUBE if he just stopped posting every single day?

I don't know, I just feel like this guy isn't able to be creative as he wants to be because he's stuck posting every day? Maybe he wouldn't be that good?

But he seems like he wants to MAKE movies, or at least would be good at making movies regardless if he wanted to!
