I see a lot of hardcore NCIS fans trashing this episode, but I think you need to respect it for what it was. They did throw realisim a bit out the window and they made it clear this was supposed to be a fun episode that got kind of dark and gritty fast.
Tania Raymonde did a fine job in her role as an actress and aside from making us miss Goliath on Prime Video, she seemed to fit in and I kind of wish there was a way for her to pop up again down the road.
The bad guy and the concept of hating people with different eyes just did not feel at all believable. Hard to invest in an episode with such a ridiculous villain.
