"The Goose Boxer" certainly had its moments, but I also feel like this show is just not clear of its identity right now. With Bob Odenkirk in the lead role they probably should be going full comedy, but it doesn't seem like they want to do it.
And then with the dinners and potential cheating and struggling with long distance, this feels like the kind of thing we would see on The CW and not a show like this.
Still a fan of Lucky Hank and looking forward to what the rest of the season gives us, but I also think the writing needs to be a bit sharper and we need more interesting supporting characters.
