- The Nostalgia Critic is chased by gun-shooting henchmen, and is given a weapon that vaporizes beings. He manages to vaporize a few soldiers with it.
- Cartoon and action/sci-fi violence, mostly. Nothing too dramatic, played for laughs, mostly.

- One character's name is Lame R. Prick.
- As with the other Channel Awesome films, there isn't that much swearing used. Only some uses of "Fuck", "Shit", "Dick", among others.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Mechakara and General Zod may be intimidating to younger viewers, but they'll love Terl however.
- At one point, the Cinema Snob contemplates hanging it up as far as reviewing is concerned, but Luke Mochrie convinces him that the world will always need critics.
- The whole mood of the movie, while still filled with comedic and fun moments, is much darker than Kickassia and Suburban Knights.
- The last twenty minutes of the film can be VERY intense and emotional.
- Two characters that been well-known for years are killed off, though one death is played for laughs.

Sex & Nudity
- When the Nostalgia Chick is assimilated by Mechakara behind a closed door, Film Brain thinks they're having sex. He proceeds to make a few sex jokes after that.
Violence & Gore
- Phelous is killed repeatedly, yet he keeps coming back unharmed . You hear the stabbing sound effect and the character choking on his own blood, plus the visible blood spraying into the air.
- Lame R. Prick is killed violently by 8-Bit Mickey , for saying he was short. The killing occurs off-screen, but Mickey comes back with an extremely bloodied shirt, face and hands. He high-fives Paw with Prick's dismembered hand
- Last Angry Geek is blown up in a purple flash of light, with blood flying everywhere.
- Mechakara 's face is blown up. Some blood is seen during the explosion and he is visibly scarred.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
- At the very end, the crew gathers for a "coke party"
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The scene where Ma-Ti communicates to the Nostalgia Critic and other team members via computer can be intense, to the point where it's uncomfortable.
- Spoony appears comatose for a majority of the film
- The result of what happens when 8-Bit Mickey is insulted for his height is disturbing, but played for laughs, as is the repeated killings of Phelous
