Girlfriends' reality-styled series "Lesbian Sex" promises much in its 2 DVDs running over 4 hours long for the same low price as any other release from the label, but what you get is mainly dull filler. In Volume 2 the eight girls have very interesting things to say about their love life and professional work as porno players, but when they get down to the requisite humping it's blahsville.
Total running time is a whopping 260 minutes, more than enough to kill off a rainy Saturday afternoon vegetating in front of the TV screen. Of this, 106 minutes is devoted to the gals' chatting amongst themselves, containing 100% of the video's highlights.
We learn, among many more ephemeral things, that vet Dyanna Lauren has slept with over 2,000 women (impressed me, given that so many of her assignments have been boy/girl); old (in calendar years) newcomer Savannah Steele has never made a professional (not using her own camcorder) video before - I found her stage name the height of laziness, having chosen often used by previous girls surname and first name too.
Jiz Lee, with buzz-cut hairdo and fame in butch lesbian roles, explains to screen partner Melissa Monet that "they" is how one should address Lee - Monet being a talented screenwriter objects to the poor grammar, and prefers the gender-neutral "ze" as a possibility. This is because Lee identifies as queer, neither male nor female, and not lesbian, though that's how they are cast (see, I got it right!).
