Why did the writers set up Kensi and Deeks to look like fools? The woman who gave birth to the baby took care of the baby but completely separated herself from it and then hid herself - apparently because she accepted death from complications. The agents also found out that the woman had no boyfriend, hid her pregnancy from everyone, and she had asked to never escort contractors around the ship again. There really is only one conclusion, that one of the last contractors she escorted raped her. The writers don't allow Kensi and Deeks to deduce this, which is ridiculous, they think it is more dramatic to wait for the hospitalized woman to tell them she had been raped. This is absurd. Sure, it's possible that the woman hooked up with a contractor and was ashamed of getting pregnant while on active duty - out of wedlock, but I don't believe she would have acted the same way if this was the case.
A truly bizarre scene...after Kensi shows the woman a photo of her baby for the first time, she WANTS to name the baby after Kensi but after hearing and saying "Kensi" she decides to name her baby Evelyn after her mother.
