Caesar and Otto meet Dracula's Lawyer: Decent addition to the franchise
Platypuschow2 September 2017
After accidentally killing Dracula's brother Steve in their last short, Caesar & Otto find themselves summoned to court to answer for their crime.

Against a vindictive lawyer and having a ditzy girl as there own do they stand any chance?

Once again entirely black and white and filmed on green screen this second short is certainly the weakest yet but still highly entertaining.

The Good:

Brilliant cast

The Bad:

Still falls short of the movie

Caesar and Otto meet Dracula's Lawyer (2010)

** 1/2 (out of 4)

With Steven Dracula (Ed Dennehy) dead, Caesar (Dave Campfield) and Otto (Paul Chomicki) are taken to a civil court by his lawyer. Soon they hired F. Bubbles Cochran (Ashley Wren Collins) to defend them.

This here was the fourth film in the series and the second straight short film. This here was certainly better and more entertaining than the previous two installments thanks to a movie-stealing Ashley Wren Collins. It's funny that there's a joke in the movie dealing with her stealing the picture because it's certainly true. She's very charming as the rather dimwitted lawyer and she certainly helped the film move along at a nice pace. You've also got Lloyd Kaufman showing up as the judge and this makes for some more entertainment. Overall this is a fun short that manages to pay homage to the Universal monster films as well as the countless courtroom dramas out there.
