This show just keeps getting' better

Warning: Spoilers
This episode rocks. Amy Farrah steals the show as usual and provides many good laughs.

It begins a little boring with a scene between Howard and his mother. I personally don't like scenes involving his mom; they're a little over the top and boring to me, but I believe some people may enjoy it. Once this scene is over, the writers are smart enough to gather all the characters and give all of them fast jokes that make you laugh even in a bad day. The jokes involving bestie, crying monkey, social protocol, forbiddings/lack of authority, treating a girl like one's mother, among others, are creative and funny. I really hope "The Big Bang Theory" keeps going like that and improving in every episode. Bottoms up!!

Strained Relations

We have some interesting human encounters here. First of all, Pria has returned and Leonard has the hots again. Raj forbids her from being involved and we know how much power he has. Howard and Bernadette have mama issues. And Amy and Penny become an interesting pair.

The Cohabitation Formulation (#4.16)

I don't really like Priya's character. And honestly I don't think she suits Leonard, even though she is well educated, they have no chemistry. That said there were still some great moments in that story. I especially love Raj leaving them voicemails. I also really liked the Howard and Bernadette story. Him mom always makes me laugh. "Are you a sex criminal???". And Howard acting like Bernadette was his mom was also amusing. Now she probably doesn't want to leave with him too soon.

Relationships get explored in "The Cohabitation Formulation" ep of "The Big Bang Theory"

Warning: Spoilers
In this last season ep of "The Big Bang Theory": Though the sex is good, Bernadette gets upset when Howard immediately leaves in the morning in order to help his mother put on her wig and eyelash. In fact, she wants Howard to choose between her or his mom. When Howard goes home, his mother tells him she doesn't trust Bern and thinks she may have given him a disease. So Howard decides to crash at Sheldon and Leonard's apartment. When Sheldon asks why he's not at best friend Raj's place, Howard says sister Priya is staying there. Uh oh, despite Raj forbidding his sis from ever seeing Leonard again considering their sexual history, Leonard drops everything and resumes their relationship. Amy then offers to comfort Penny who says she's fine since she and Leonard broke up a while back. Meanwhile, Howard decides to cohabit with Bernadette after all. Now she'll have to shop for and wash his clothes like his mother did...Quite a lot of very funny lines that fit the characterizations of each player abound as well as some touching moments concerning Penny, Amy, and, surprisingly, Sheldon. So on that note, "The Cohabitation Formulation" ep of "The Big Bang Theory" gets a high recommendation from me.

Warning: Spoilers
This show is getting better, there's no doubt about that.

It's taken four years, but only now does it feel that the confidence is growing both on camera and behind about what this show wants to be and the stories it wants to tell.

This is a good episode indeed with that in mind, and the additions of Amy and Bernadette (albeit less so) are really driving things forward.

I like the Priya shaped problem in the middle of the Leonard and Penny relationship/their chances of reconciling, and it's good to see them try to flesh out the character of Howard a little more too.

It does still feel like it's too easily led down the 'Two and a Half Men' style of humour, but the progress is clear to see.
