2045 A.D.
wetmars20 May 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I seriously hope drinks won't be like that in 2045, so mushy. But hey. No one can accurately predict the future. As I am one of those people who think romance does not work at all in TV nor movies, Constantine and Zari's relationship is bleh. The squad eventually finds out a robotic alien killed DJ S'mores during a live convention. How anticlimactic of how he died so easily. BAM! Now unto Sara and Gary's survival on an alien planet, we got a little of them. Hopefully, we will see much more. Back in 2045, these car designs are terribly awful. I prefer the 70s' styled car. Talking about the Rock being the President, lol. He would be in his 70s. I agree with DJ S'mores that that woman's talent was weak. Actual talent isn't about attractiveness for goodness sake. About Rory, I am a huge fan of his personality. He doesn't give a living crap. Man wants to do whatever he wants. I would love to see an episode of him and his daughter. It is revealed that Lord Knoxicrillion's sole purpose is to rule worlds challenging their leaders. Pretty impressive Knoxicrillion has crazy technology to bypass the force-field, gg. Honestly, I would thank Constantine for casting fire on top of DJ S'mores, annoying fellow. I am not a big fan of musicals, yikes. I do like the experimental stuff going around Sara and Gary. And crap, Rory caused an invasion on Earth but, Zari finally wins, delaying the Invasion going back to where they were. Knoxicrillion's death was hilarious, lol.

My thoughts? I wish they did better but, I guess the writers wanted to focus the direction towards Zari. There's not that much to talk about.

6/10.

The writing needs saving
anarchylife18 May 2021
This show has its moments where you love it, the fact it doesn't take itself too seriously and you can have funny moments alongside dramatic ones. However, you can also hate it when the writing goes too heavy to onside or the other, and the quality suffers as a result. This episode felt like the movie Idiocracy in TV form. The fight scene early in the episode looked horrible and the villain was boring with little value to the plot. I really hope they fix the writing and make it legitimately interesting to the comic book fans who were here in the beginning.

Some Good Stuff But Average
afrisco17 May 2021
There was some fun stuff in this one; I liked going to the future again, the robot alien was funny, and Zari got some really good moments. The Hellstar stuff started to become typical CW soap opera drama, but it actually had a good resolution.

Sara's storyline is still the most intriguing and it looks like next week we may get some answers, but it's moving a bit slow.

I still think they are lacking momentum - I know it's only the 3rd episode - but last episode and this one feel a bit disjointed. I find it a bit strange that only Ava and Mick seem to really care about Sara's disappearance and it feels like everyone else is just along for the plot ride. I want to see some consequence and emotion, not just the silly. I know Covid has made some shooting/scheduling things weird but it feels disjointed. Maybe I'm missing the Sara and team dynamic, and they just haven't explored the teams dynamic without her enough, or everyone's personal reactions aside from Ava and Mick's. Like, I'd love to see a Nate-centric one with him dealing with his losses!

Stupid idea, lovely ending.

Warning: Spoilers
I hated almost this entire episode. It was strictly filler. Except...

The final bit where Zari finally bares her soul to John, and he reciprocates. That touched the squishy center of my heart. That's the ONLY reason this ep is getting 6 stars from me. It felt sweet & sort of genuine.

Funny with a big helping of romance
ldamena17 May 2021
Got to say that I'm really enjoying this season so far. It's the right mix of comedy, drama and romance and that's what makes this show so good. LOT was the one show that didn't focus on the romance aspect so much but I'm kinda glad that they are emphasizing on it more this year. I'm really enjoying Zari 2.0 and John they are good! Though I do kinda miss Zari 1.0. It's nice to see her sometimes. Sara and Ava are just beautiful that is all. Can't wait to see what else the season brings and when Sara will be back with her team.

Just Legends 2.0
nico-mejia24 May 2021
Honestly this is exactly what I want from this show. The stupid crazy stuff, without taking itself too seriously. A robot alien coming to destroy the earth and it's all decided by a dance battle...

Legends is a far different show now than it was when it started, and the people that don't like how it is now should probably just stop watching. It used to be a generic superhero show, now it's a completely unique thing in the genre. It's not always good, but I'm glad they're at least trying to make something different.

Going downhill fast
tiberius-3839022 May 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This was just a dumb episode. Im honestly starting to think that the legends forgot how to fight and how to use their special abilities and powers. I mean for real, a dance battle...

Ever fallen in love?
stephendibb28 May 2021
They play with my emotions. It ought to get 3/ 10 and it should.

But then I see the humour and anything less than 7/10 would be rude.

Ever fallen in love with a series thats dumb? Ever fallen in love with a series that some...would think has gone far, too far to be fun with? Ever fallen in love with?

This episode was as silly as ever, but that's what it's all about. Gravelly voice superheroes in the rest of the comic universe have their place too, but I just want a laugh sometimes and The Legends and their group dynamic gives me that.

Plus, I have pogoed live to The Buzzcocks in my day (well that aged me!) and the final rendition of a fave song in a new tempo let me hear it with new ears. So thank you for that!

Confused mess
pauljwinwood22 July 2021
This episode goes to prove that the programme doesn't know who its audience is, feels like it's made for 8 year olds but has bad language.

I used to really like watching this but its going downhill fast. It thinks it's being funny but its cringeworthy, one of the worst (theres a few of them) episodes.

Robotic space alien, singing contest, awful music, bad CGI and dumb acting.

Just like the Flash, Legends should have ended at least 2 years ago.

Off a cliff
magnum-ajt17 May 2021
This show doesn't even pretend to have a plot anymore. Bears zero resemblance to the first 2 seasons when it was actually interesting.

What happened to the writers?
Jinx-to-Ennien11 February 2022
Were the writers replaced by a bunch of pre- teen girls? The "story lines" have gotten more absurd with each episode. Singing? Dancing? This show should have ended when it stopped being about the Legends.

Legends of yesterday
Martipee17 June 2021
After this episode I can only assume that season 7 might not happen. Apparently wanting to recreate the 'Powderpuff Girls' series this episode was ridiculous. Then again, the theme of the show has been to ridicule the scifi genre.

Nothing interesting, nothing funny

Ludicrous writing, silly non interesting plots.

Legends 2.0 is further proof DC properties are heading for the slop pile.

Best Episode Of This Season So Far
edioticlouis18 May 2021
While it isn't groundbreaking, it's a fun episode that's just enjoyable the whole time, it never felt like it dragged on too long and was genuinely enjoyable, this season has had a rocky start in my opinion, while it has had some good moments, it hasn't been to the level of previous seasons.
