For the fourth release in this Sweet Sinner series, Jacky St. James buids her story around two sex therapists: Ryan McLane as a frustrated one who is losing his clients right and left, and Silvia Saige as a New Age type whose methods prove more appealing to the married couples seeking help.

Key plot element is Ryan jumping to the conclusion that Silvia is stealing his clients, but when he eventually discovers she's not, and her sexy approach appeals to him the coupling of the two therapists proves inevitable.

Vignette structure works well, with Skylar Snow and Seth Gamble the sexiest couple, unnamed in flashback. Jacky's production manager Shawn Alff has a fleeting cameo as a gay patient.
