One of the best episodes of the series, with a bit of actual tension about who would go, rather than it being quite apparent.

A fun episode of GBBS, loved seeing the jelly designs in the showstopper. Star baker was well deserved!

Just desserts

So here we are with the quarter finals with Dessert Week, and I'm enjoying catching up on season 11 of The Great British Bake Off, and yes I love desserts, and there's an abundance of high quality here. Anyway, it was a shame that Marc Elliott, brave in his approach, was eliminated, and we see him walking away at the end with his family. Anyway, British (or English) desserts are delightful, having visited the United Kingdom awhile ago, and yes I would have loved for them to use ingredients of famous English chocolate bars like the say a reimagination of the 99 Flake to really get the judges excited.
