Retreat to Move Forward was another nearly-great episode of "30 Rock"

In this episode, Jack invites Liz to a keynote speaker address meeting where he'll encounter some elderly members of a Six Segma club, Jenna, on Frank's suggestion, looks up Wikipedia for research on her preparation in playing Janis Joplin not knowing Frank put some lies there, and Tracy, after a visit to Dr. Spaceman, finds out he has diabetes but even with Kenneth's telling of a which who eats brains for those how don't eat vegetables, Tracy still eats his candy...Another very funny episode of "30 Rock" with my favorite scene being when Liz was making that Lego train and she mentions dropping it because she thought it was her penis then saying, "Robot penis." in a monotone voice! And how about when Jack embarrasses himself by accidentally leaving his body mic on when practicing his speech in front of a mirror. And that twist about Frank being too embarrassed about macking with Jenna to tell his fellow writers when Jenna feels she should be the embarrassed one so she tells them! And then there's Kenneth posing as the witch. So with all that said, Retreat to Move Forward was another very funny episode of "30 Rock".

Jenna and Frank

Jenna and Frank do the beast with two backs, and Jenna's upset that Frank wants to keep it quiet and for good reason. A funny episode this, but not as hilarious as previous ones in season 3. Still, the Wikipedia prank was ahead of its time in many ways.

Retreat to Move Forward (#3.9)

Liz goes with Jack to a retreat where he really wants to impress other members. At first she embarrasses him, but then Liz saves Jack from an embarrassment. Jenna and Frank hook up and next day Jenna can't believe that Frank wants to keep it a secret. And Kenneth wants to scare Tracy so he prevents his diabetes.

Another great episode. My favorite part is the whole Jenna thing. Already the idea with the wiki was pretty good, the hook up with Frank was an awesome idea, especially how it ends up.

It is nice to see Liz and Jack to have another great friendship episode.

And Kenneth scaring Tracy dressed up as a witch is one of the greatest moments in the episode.

Very Interesting Episode!

This is the ninth episode of the third season of 30 Rock and once again it is full of comedy pleasures. There are moments that feature plenty of laugh-out-loud jokes including my favorite one with had Jack accidentally leaving the microphone on while he was in one of his self-confidence phrases. The episode was full of good one-liners.

In this episode, "Retreat to Move Forward," Jack brings Liz to a corporate retreat and Liz makes a fool out of herself and Jack. Jenna and Frank sleep together to embarrassing results and Kenneth tries to convince Tracy to eat healthy.

Overall, this is a very favorable episode. It's really funny and each subplots work in their own way. My favorite was the one between Kenneth and Tracy. I rate this episode 9/10.
