This is produced by NHNZ (Natural History New Zealand) and distributed by National Geographic. It's a standard nature doc of the frozen continent. There are plenty of penguins, seals, and whales oh my. The footage looks good although not HD good. Jacqueline Cloake narrates in a calm manner. She could put more drama into the narration. Sure, it's all been done before but that does not make it worst. The footage looks fine.
