She's beautiful, but her movie goes nowhere
lor_7 October 2019
I've been seeing Rebecca Volpetti on screen a lot lately, and she gets the star treatment in this Dorcel feature, but unfortunately the Spanish director Alis Locanta fails to support her with a decent script.

Result runs a ridiculous 3 hours long, I daresay the lengthiest Dorcel release of original material (compilations of old footage obviously don't count) in the 40-year history of the great French Adult film company.

What passes for a story, told in voice-over with any dialog removed in the final cut, has Rebecca going for a solo European vacation, carefree back-pack/hitch-a-ride style. But she's immediately picked up by aging stud Ian Scott and moves in with him for the duration. So much for a road movie.

Another Locanta failing is casting just three actresses for a 3-hour marathon, and in the process selecting identical types: slim, slim ladies ready for modeling gigs. They're sexy enough to be sure, but lack the variety fans of Dorcel expect.

So we have an exercise in beauty and not much more. In the pecking order of current Dorcel house directors, Alis is rapidly sliding toward the bottom of the pack.
