Surprisingly pretty good!

I just watched the first episode on youtube, and I was specting some kids show like every show on NICK,with bad acting and bad writing but no, the acting was VERY good and the writing is clever; I like that there were easter eggs from the original and some classic horror movies, the story goes pretty well and is actually scary, it's like watching IT rated PG13; this generation will enjoy this series just like I did with the original.

I went in expecting a cheesy nickelodeon kids show, and was pleasantly surprised. The acting was decent even from the kids. The storyline was interesting and the effects worked.

I'm getting hardcore scary stories to tell in the dark vibes from this show which is not a bad thing because I love the scary stories to tell in the dark movie. This show had a pretty positive start to it just hopefully they can keep it going. The only 2 problem is they can make it a little scarier and the pacing was a little off at first but other than that really positive start. The cast is great the story is interesting, and the scares at time are pretty good and not in your face, hopefully they can continue that. Over all pretty good start and hopefully they can continue that.

Great start to a great mini series!

The only thing that would have made it better would be if they made Rachel's story longer. Seemed rushed

I was really anticipating this revival show, but this episode was kind of a mess. It is not just that I am an adult watching a program I loved as a kid.

There just isn't the same magic we once had. A good cliffhanger, but overall not what I was hoping for.
