A wonderfully surreal and complex episode
Sleepin_Dragon14 August 2015
Another long recap from the last episode, Romana is seemingly in danger from one of the Tharil, but instead he releases her binds, Biroc rescued the Doctor, and dragged him behind the mirror. Adric is still wandering around in the void. Romana questions the prisoners on the ship and demands to know what the crew have been doing to the Tharil. Romana escapes and discovers Adric, The Doctor has followed Biroc across the time stream across some wonderful gardens. K-9 is seemingly having some kind of breakdown, and for the last 2 episodes has walked around sprouting nonsense. The burnt Tharil that originally rescued Romana does so once again, jumps across time streams are witnessed, and the Doctor ends up in the hands of Packard.

Part 3 becomes a little surreal in parts, but is still wonderfully imaginative. It's not Kenneth Cope's finest role I don't think, but Clifford Rose puts in a very good shift as Packard. The comedy double act of Aldo and Royce continue to be good fun.

The scene of the Gundan robots breaking in and attacking the Banquet is wonderful.

A Big Cat Nap...

It's all becoming a bit of a chore, going round in circles, can be such a bore, I'm not sure that I really care anymore, think I'll take a cat nap, have a bit of a snore.
