The Abductors led by a man called Jones are following around Brian Quell in Paris. They are not wholly interested in him, in their sights is his brother.
Professor Ernest Quell, a renowned metallurgist who has created a new process. They want to use Brian to lure his brother into Paris. Then use his knowledge to sell it to the highest bidder.
Only in a nightclub Brian gets the Saint to protect him. Outside in a scuffle with the baddies, Brian gets away but is killed by Jones in his hotel room.
Brian manages to impart some information to the Saint before he dies.
Now Simon Templar needs to save Professor Quell who has been abducted and evade the Parisian police who thinks he is involved in a trail of deaths.
The only help he has is an English tourist who is looking for excitement on her trip.
Nicholas Courtney plays one of the henchmen. Both the Quell's do not seem to be so bright. The professor storming head on to danger.
