Colonel Crittendon returns with another mission that is sure to go wrong. But his time Crittendon has a very large operation. He has been sent to German to kidnap Erwin Rommel.
It seems that the Germans have captured a high ranking British Admiral and they think if they can kidnap Rommel, who is in a local hospital, then there would be a set-up a trade to free the Admiral. But early in the plan all the men that was sent to perform the operation was captured thanks to Crittendon. Now Hogan and his men will take the task of going along and doing the dirty work. But as always when Crittendon is around, things do not go as planned.
Bernard Fox always does a great job of playing the inept British spy that always seems to complete the mission only thanks to Hogan. And as always Crittendon has the plan for the operation memorized in his photographic memory. Yet, we all know his memory is never as good as he thinks. Nice watch.
