Hetty is called in by a man who believes his brother was killed by his stern faced housekeeper, Ella. Hetty sends Robert into the house undercover as a distant relative of the dead man, but Robert's indiscretion puts her one step ahead.
Dinah Stabb is excellent as Ella, she's a formidable for for The Wainthropp Detective Agency. It's nice that Ella is one step ahead of Hetty for a change, she's normally the smart one. I liked the opening, the tone of the episode is a little more gritty than usual.
Great that Robert has more of an active role, he proved to be very capable until the mishap with the stair lift. 8/10
