- AnecdotesJennifer Aniston cut her arm while filming the episode. As a result, she can be seen wearing a bandage in some of the scenes.
- GaffesAt one point in the ping-pong game, Monica scores a point but Mike informs her she has to forfeit the point because her non-paddle holding hand touched the table and that is against official rules. Later in the game, Mike scores the game point and Monica gets upset that she lost. However, by his own logic, Mike could not have won because his non-paddle holding hand touched the table before he scored.

Another weak one
A disappointing finale to the disappointing season. Nothing works here.
Ross/Charlie story is the least bad one, but it is still uninteresting.
Joey/Rachel borefest was disappointment from its inception. It made no sense, it wasn't interesting and it was clearly one of the many dead ends at the time when writers were running out of good ideas and were desperate to try anything new, hoping that it would work. Well, it didn't. That story is like drunken stumbling in the dark that amounts to nothing.
But the absolute worst is the Phoebe/Mike/David (with the later addition of Chandler and Monica) story. Completely terrible. Why the need to bring Mike back? It was over, David reappeared and it was a nice opportunity to go full circle with Phoebe and him. She was supposedly madly in love with him, he was in love with her. But for some reason, probably something as stupid as just another "twist", they suddenly brought Mike back out of nowhere. David was a much better character, much more funny, a much nicer person, and Hank Azaria did a much better acting job than Paul Rudd. But hey, nothing new here, just another wasted opportunity in this show.
Phoebe continues to be irritating and annoying. Also, Monica's unbearableness is again dialed up to 11. And her hair is big, that is supposed to be the big joke. Ha ha.
Adding to the long list of terrible moments in this episode, we have the horrible table tennis game, where the two annoying characters brag how awesome they are, while being very obviously and very painfully mediocre at the game. Writers should learn to not write scenes that require an actual specific skill if the actors don't poses the skill needed.
