Moving Targets is a bit of a regression in the plot from the pilot as feared and it's a bit of a regression in quality too. Many of the scenes are poorly handled, such as the shooting down of the spaceship, in terms of professional realism and visually. Then there's the scenes of spying on people in their field of vision, who are looking for you, but never look your way and more. The strengths there were in the pilot, lied within the connection and struggles of John and Kimberly and there's little of that present here. Robert Kennedy's well written and well acted by James Kelly I think though.
