Tabitha's a little witch who loves giving people what they want.

Out looking for a present for her friend for her birthday, Tabitha and her mother visit a local department store where the toy department clerk (Ron Masak) spends more time playing with the toys then selling him. Tabitha realizes that Masak is really a kid at heart stuck suffering in an adult's body, and transforms him into the 9 year old Ricky Powell who keeps trying to tell his stuffy manager that he's the clerk that is M.I.A. It's up to Samantha to make Tabitha realize that some things that adults wish is impossible to achieve even though it sounds sensible to a child, and there are a lot of amusing visual effects and funny moments, particularly Powell attempting to drive Masak's car. Erin Murphy is adorable in this episode, and it's obvious that underneath her pranksterous nature is only a child who wants to do the best for everybody. Another classic gem from the last years of the series.
