Necro Files 2: More of the same
Platypuschow19 October 2017
The first Necro Files was not easy viewing, hyper violent, ultra sexualised and with a non-existent budget (And it showed) A sequel seemed unlikely but here we are and this time our zombie friend isn't alone.

Telling the story of the last movies antagonists brother as he picks up where his sibling left off but when Logan returns from the dead (Again) the two pair up for a killing spree.

This is more of the exact same, extremely graphic stuff that is quite hard to stomach and though it all looks dire and the acting is appalling it makes up for it in other areas.

Don't get me wrong Necro Files 2 is as bad as the first but not as bad as you might imagine all the same.

The Good:

Follows on from the last film

The Bad:

Pretty much identical to the first film

Looks and sounds awful

Acting is embarrassing

Things I Learnt From This Movie:

Slicing someones throat open with cause blood but no actual wound

Zombie semen blows up televisions

He's not heavy, he's my brother
movieman_kev8 April 2005
The brother of the zombified rapist from the first film goes around raping and killing various women. When he visits his brothers grave, his vomit and urine resurrects the undead zombie, who does his undead raping thing. Both detectives are back after them, thus negating the end of the first one (that's just plain sloppy)This sequel attempt to serve up more. More blood, MUCH more nudity, even more porn starlets (the first had Dru Barrymore, who didn't even get naked. Whereas this one has Gen Padova, Taylor St. Clair, and Lisa Sparxxx). But in this case more isn't necessarily better, and the part of the film that focuses on the zombie's brother just comes off as some sick death fetish video. All in all a tad better then the first, but not by much

My Grade: D-

Eye Candy: 11 pairs of breasts (not including the ones in the opening montage), some hair pie (including a few close ups), and a few asses

Blimey! It's a Zombie!!!
Chris_Wheelie19 November 2006
I certainly can't write a spoiler as I played a brief part in the film and have no idea as yet how it pans-out! "Blimey, it's a zombie!" I do believe was my line to end all lines and, I gotta say, the entire experience was a dream come true (being a fan of such masterpiece movie making myself). From what little snippets I have seen of "Necro Files 2", I certainly believe it to be more than a fitting sequel. The two cops who return from the first instalment should be worth watching this video/DVD alone! I watched "Necro Files" during Isaac (the zombie)'s make-up session and - what a ball I had! I really could not believe what I was watching - that had all the elements of the perfect gore-fest for any lover of the genre... splatter galore, shades of B-movie 50's panache melded with the prefect Monthy Python-esquire over-the-top gut-churning black humour (see, I'm a limy, I add a superfluous "u"). I do feel, if I hadn't witness all behind-the-scenes, I would've found what occurred much more gruelling, but, if your tongue is still intact, place it firmly in your cheek. The Necro Files series are most certainly made by die-hard fans of the horror genre and should be appreciated as such. Relentless grue, gore, and comic-strip up-chuck factor. Wonderful. Just view on a strong, inebriate or empty stomach!

What.
DarkSpotOn7 September 2022
I have seen already Necro Files one, and I was hoping for this to be better than the first one. Nope, no plot, all of the characters are there for the sake of being there. It's the same as August Underground. Somebody just trying to be shocking for the sake of being shocking. This was made by the same guy that also did Faces of Gore which even tho it was a fan remake of Faces of Death it was still pretty decent.

Anyway, there's not much to say here, brother and zombie brother killing hookers. That's the entire movie. If that's fun for you, go for it. It was not for me. This could of been a good movie if you had the ball rolling, and something else is going on, except killing hookers for the sake of being it. Oh yeah, the acting is pretty low. Too, the only positive this thing has for it is occasional okay gore effects. The only "disturbing" scene in all of this is the beginning, and then they just repeat the same nail 5 times.

Jam-packed with naked women and gore!
Logan-222 May 2004
Necro Files 2 is pure, cheesy horror fun, jam-packed with naked women and over-the-top gore. It reunites much of the cast from the cult classic original. The film begins when we are introduced to Greg Logan (Greg Lewis), a crazed porno film editor by day and skull-masked killer by night. As the wise-cracking "Skull-Face", he embarks on a cannibalistic killing spree while two Seattle detectives (both returning from the first film), investigate. They are the lovably inept but well-meaning Sloane (Gary Browne) and his ruthless partner, the drugged-out, "Bad Lieutenant" wacko, Manners (Steve Sheppard).

It turns out Greg/Skull-Face is actually the brother of Rod Logan (Isaac Cooper), the cannibal rapist (turned flesh-eating zombie) from the first Necro Files film. Things get really insane when the drunken brother accidentally reanimates the flesh-eating zombie by barfing and urinating on his grave... after he leaves the cemetery, the grave is hit by a bolt of lightning and the zombie comes back to life! Now TWO cannibal rapists are on the loose, one living, one dead, and each unaware of the other until they bump into each other toward the end of the film. The devilish duo gleefully go on a last minute "tag-team" rampage of rape, cannibalism and murder (including the worst car chase in movie history---though perhaps the only one to include a zombie). Eventually, the evil antics come to an end when the cops show up and shoot it out! Did I mention the zombie has a rubbery, three foot erection levitating out of his pants in practically every scene? Who thinks this stuff up? Necro Files 2 is rude, crude and ridiculous, fit late night fare for fans of "so bad it's good" movies and those zombie gorehounds nursing a fondness for the beer and naked ladies (you know who you are!).

The DVD is packed with extras, and they are all great! Writer/Producer Todd Tjersland, Director Ron Carlo and Zombie Isaac Cooper all are on hand for the wild and raunchy audio commentary over both the feature and all deleted scenes. They obviously had a lot of fun making the movie and have even more fun laughing at the end result and themselves (they don't take themselves too seriously). They also provide amusing behind the scenes anecdotes that enhance your enjoyment of the film and make repeated viewing more fun once you know all the crazy stuff that went on behind the scenes. There are many fairly lengthy deleted scenes with even more nudity, a photo gallery, trailer, and "Behind The Screams" featurette. The 8 minute featurette is hilarious, featuring how the zombie make-up was created, interviews with cast and crew, and even the zombie eating a boob sandwich and playing the film's theme song on the piano! Movies don't get any wilder or weirder than this, and Necro Files 2 delivers what it promises. If you enjoyed the first film, you'll like this one, too.

Goofy Splatter-Film With Lots Of Nudity And A Good Bit Of Gore...
EVOL66630 December 2007
Warning: Spoilers
I couldn't really follow a lot of the specific storyline of NECRO FILES 2 - maybe it has something to do with the fact that I haven't seen the first one, maybe I needed that as some background for this entry, but here's what I could gather:

We have a skull-mask wearing weirdo who rapes, kills, and cannibalizes chicks, and then we have a zombie with a two-foot dong (who ends up being skull-masks dead yet re-animated brother...) who does the same thing. A duo of bumbling cops are on the trail of the killer/killers, etc...

NECRO FILES 2 is obviously a zero-budget excursion whose sole purpose is to be an offensive and silly splatter film with lots of soft-core sex and relatively explicit nudity - and honestly, I won't complain about that. Anyone looking for any sort of "serious" storyline, decent acting, or anything resembling a solid plot need not apply at all to this one. If soft-core rape, some OK but often ineffective gore, and a ton of tits, ass, and cooch-shots, all done in a tongue-in-cheek manner is more your speed - then you'll probably dig this one. Some really choice scenes including a chick getting stabbed in the ass, another getting her tits ripped off and eaten, and probably the cake-taker: a scene when the zombie rapist barges in on a couple who are boning, rips the dude's dong off, and screws the girl with it - fun stuff. Can't say I loved it, but it was fun enough...7/10
