Where's Don Adams?

This ludicrous excuse of a "porno murder mystery" is so poorly done as to resist criticism. However, I'm not letting incompetent director Charlie Diamond off the hook for an embarrassing exercise.

It has Woody Long showing up on a crime scene, the anteway into an apartment where a man's corpse is lying, playing a police detective who's dressed like Woody Long on a day off from shooting porn. As an intrepid interrogator he's not believable for a second, and throughout the show the dialogue and acting are both atrocious.

He interviews a bunch of women suspects living there, primarily Avalon, the dead man's widow. Flashbacks depict their alibis, having sex with some guy or girl at the time of the murder. Worst scene is him interrogating Barbara, a character played by future superstar Ashlyn Gere, who we see in flashback humping Randy West. But throughout the interrogation, we never see Ashlyn, just her legs, and Barbara's dialogue is all voice-over. Apparently the actress wasn't available for the day they shot all the NonSex dialogue.

After plenty of sex, including star Sandra Scream in action, Woody stands by the doorway, giving an utterly nonsensical summary of what actually caused the man's death, determining it was suicide after all. It's an asinine ending to an asinine movie.
