Sex & Nudity

  • Two women kiss passionately.
  • Heavy themes dealing with the sexuality and sexual nature commonly associated with vampires.
  • During a stormy scene, Lucy walks in trance down some steps. The wind blows her dress open and there is a brief close up of her crotch covered in a thin strip of tight fabric.
  • A wolf attacks a woman while one of her breasts is exposed.
  • Mina and Lucy look at nude illustrations in a copy of Arabian Nights. Nudity and sexual positions including penetration is shown. A few innuendos are made. When Mina finds a picture (the one without any explicit details) showing a man and woman having sex from behind, and Lucy says that she did last night "in her dreams".
  • Lucy sees Quincey Morris, and remarks to Mina that he would be like a wild stallion between her legs. She then adds that she knows what men desire, and walks over to Morris. She says, "Please let me touch it. It's so big" and reaches for his crotch, but she then raises the big knife he was carrying on his belt (double entendre).
  • In one scene, Dracula's brides, all topless with bare breasts and nipples exposed, writhe around Harker, moving their hands over his body, ripping his shirt open and licking and biting him with their sharp vampire teeth. One of them undoes his pants and moves her head down toward his crotch, we see his reaction, but nothing is shown. Fairly lengthy scene. He is late seen again surrounded by the topless women.
  • There's a scene in which Dracula (as a werewolf) has passionate sex with a young woman. The woman's dress is torn open, exposing one of her bare breasts and her entire legs and thighs. The werewolf creature is seen grabbing her by her haunches and thrusting deep inside her while she is screaming/moaning in pleasure before he bites her in a neck. Fairly brief.
  • When Dr. Jack Sewards visits Lucy as she needs medical examination, Lucy asks in a suggestive way if he wants her alone before she's married.
  • Quincey Morris remarks that Lucy is "hotter than a June bride riding naked in Sahara".
  • A projection in a movie theater shows a nude woman's behind as well as her breasts.
  • A man makes unwanted advances toward a woman.
  • Dr. Van Helsing, lecturing his students, talks about venereal diseases and says that they're involved in "that sex problem about which the ideals and ethics of Christian civilization are concerned" and more dialogue.
  • Harker is shirtless on the floor as Dracula's brides, two of them topless (we see their bare breasts), are drinking his blood. As mentioned above.
  • A woman is moaning and writhing in her bed as we see Dracula's shadow reaching for her. A short time later, people rush in to help her and we see her sprawled on the bed with one boob showing and groaning.
  • A young woman, sensing Dracula's presence outside her house, begins to moan sexually and writhe around while lying in bed, and we then see her with one of her bare breasts exposed as he's coming closer. Several men burst into the room and the woman is seen moaning loudly and writhing and rubbing herself with one of her bare breasts seen for a long time.
  • Wall sculptures appear to depict topless women.
  • While a woman is asleep in bed, Dracula, in the form of green mist, enters her bed room, where the mist goes up to her bed, and we see her moaning and writhing as the mist moves under the blanket. We then see him leaning above her in his human form, his shirt open, before he kisses down her (clothed) body and breasts (she's wearing a nightdress). He then stops, as he confesses his true identity. There is a somewhat long shot when her nightgown is clearly see through. Her panties can be seen through the dress and her bare breasts can be seen swinging around as she hits Dracula (breasts and nipples visible).
