An accident occurs in a weaving workshop and a person dies. There are no guilty parties. Experienced worker Miho notices that a bolt has been replaced on the mill. Someone is trying to hide his guilt. This is engineer Peshev, who denies it. Miho wrote a statement against him. No one except Miho wants to sign the application. Engineer Peshev cynically dissuades people. His conflict with Miho causes outrage, but he instills fear in others.
