The film opens with a copycat movie killer. Who calls and stalks a woman who is alone at home and then kills her. He seems to be using Pegasus software to invade phones and gather all the information and view any cameras. After the murder, the film shows us Alexis (Precious Way). She is on home arrest with an ankle bracelet for beating up another girl. Her dad (Michael Jai White) trained her to fight. I think you get the picture.
The film was not well shot or edited. Camera angles and soundtrack failed to build up the tension. Characters were not well developed. The best part of the feature was the last five minutes where they flip the script.
