Miranda (Arrielle Edwards) awakes from her coffin located in room 19 of a brick motel. She hunts human blood at the local carnival in snowy Niagara Falls, Canada. She gets women to come back to her room where she uses her fingernail to create a cut so she can suck blood out of the victim's neck. She also lets them drink her blood. She works for Lady Death (Thea Munster) who takes the victims apparently body and all to another dimension we assume from the description, but that is not made clear in the film. The production is arthouse (?) a generally term used for, "I didn't really understand it and the music sucked and visuals were messed up."
