I love this movie! It's so cute!
I loved this movie as as kid, and it's not hard to see why. It's both very funny, and very cute.
As a kid, I found this film very funny; like the part when the young monster bit Mikey's hand, and also the part when Phlegm fell over (the opening scene), although I also felt sorry for him at the same time.
My Mom loved the part when Mike and Sulley were discussing the odorant; she thought that scene was hilarious, and my Dad always remarks that when something is empty, it's "like the scare floor at lunch time" (referencing the scene when Randall tells Mikey about how at lunch time the scare floor would be empty).
I also love the way Sulley care for Boo, despite the fact that he, along with all monsters, had been conditioned to see humans as toxic.
Overall, I love this film for both its humor and heart.
