Even if it was just for a predictable evil mother storyline I am glad we got a Jenny appearance here. I don't know why she isn't regularly on every single week, but oh well, those are not the decisions I get to make. I think she should be there every week though as she is a great character.
This was a solid episode for sure, but those last few minutes with Kate were completely unnecessary. We could have cut the whole experimentation down to 30 seconds and did not need a full 3 minutes of it to get the point across. That scene left a sour taste in my mouth a bit and put a damper on my enjoyment of the episode as a whole.
