I was worried about the prospects of this show after a pretty uneventful first two episodes, but it got back on track here in episode three of the second season.
Yes, the runtime rans far too long. I do not know why they need to have episodes almost an hour long, premium cable can do whatever it wants, but such is life. But there was a lot of excitement here, the scenes didn't drag, and we had physical and verbal tension. All of the elements you want from your crime and mob drama.
