Warning: Spoilers
The Deal is about Jerry and Elaine adding sex to the relationship, by adding a set of rules to remain friends.

An excellent episode, perhaps the best of the first two seasons. Good points are raised when making the rules, they're just not firmly set in stone. Jerry's standup's quality, especially at the end. I love how George asks a question about Aquaman, this is what's plaguing his thoughts. The last episode before knowing they'd be signed on for another season, Elaine giving Jerry a serious ultimatum, only to go right back to normal the next season. The execs probably thought they'd be together for a little while at least, heh. Great wrapping job Kramer, can already see it.

George: You ask me to have lunch, tell me you slept with Elaine and then tell me you're not in the mood for details. Now you listen to me. I want details and I want them right now. I don't have a job, I have no place to go. You're not in the mood? Well you get in the mood!
