When a bank is robbed, the employee Ernie Wright opens the vault to the thieves and is murdered with a shot. The CBI team investigate the heist, but Patrick Jane finds suspicious that the security deposit room is open. The agents find the connection of John Hutten with other two heists with different crews, and Patrick feels that he worked also with an inside man, Ernie in this case, but have not killed his accomplice. Patrick requests the list of owners of the safety deposit boxes and finds the killer.
"Not One Red Cent" is another good episode of "The Mentalist" where many suspects are found as well as the killer. The conclusion with Lisbon participating in a poke game with very important people will certainly be used in future episodes. My vote is eight.
