Well, there was some good stuff with J here, despite how uneven, and at times boring, the stuff around his character is.
The flashbacks are okay, but we need this to go somewhere. A way to introduce an old friend to the mix seems like a waste if that is all the flashback scenes from the previous episodes this season were for.
