This episode is perfectly placed to allow viewers a break from the main story but also answer a question that had been established early in the first season.
I want to liken it to that god-awful Stranger Things season 2 episode 7, as they both seem to try and do the same thing. The problem with the ST episode is that they place it right at the highest points of tension and it doesn't really answer any questions.
This episode is my favourite of all time, possibly out of every TV programme ever, and the revelation is just completely mind-blowing.
