Blue Bloods: Brushed Off (2017) Season 8, Episode 6

Heartwarming and well-written episode, with the typical multiple plot line formula. The plot with Frank is a true gem. I wish all were this good.

Mimi Rogers does an excellent job as an aging 70s artist whom the Commissioner once met as a patrolman. Great fun!
