The spirits of three evil dead clowns who had a "pact with Old Scratch" are revived and raise havoc. Their resurrection happens by accident when Tyler (Jason Crowe) a car wash clown dresses up as one of the trio with the aide of Bryon (Dan Nye). Christy (Jessica Schroeder), Tyler's unfleek girlfriend doesn't think it is funny.
The film was low budget. They had money for blood, but not much gore. You see the arm swinging, but not the hits. There was some good dialogue moments, but overall the plot trod along and the dialogue lacked. The acting was hit and miss.
