No More Souls is around the 4 minutes mark, the credits are almost as long as the film itself.
The effects are great all things considered and it's quite well written but the story it's trying to tell needs a tad more than 4 minutes.
The story is that mankind has ended itself, the apocalypse has come and gone in the time it took the worlds nuclear powers to press their buttons. With the lack of souls to reap Pinhead is bored and deciding what his life yet holds.
Again it looks the part and the little dialogue is quite good, but the amateurish narration doesn't help.
Shorts often suffer because their limited time doesn't give them a chance to complete the full picture and this is no exception. It's a story, without the delivery.
