Review of Jenna Ink

Jenna Ink (1996 Video)
Pointless, dated Jenna vehicle by Brad
9 December 2017
Over two decades after her legendary super-stardom, Jenna Jameson remains an Adult Cinema icon, but represents a dated, different era when the industry (and fans) supported Contract stars. The current internet- dominated scene is more fluid, with it less likely that a femme star as dominant as she was can emerge.

Actor-director for Wicked Pictures Brad Armstrong and Jenna were, as they say, "an item", and this showcase for JJ reminded me a bit of his recent and to my mind unsuccessful showcase for Wicked's more recent #1 Contract Star Jessica Drake, titled "Jessica Drake Is Wicked". Both features consist of abstract vignettes designed to show off the leading lady's beauty and sexual prowess, and aspire to nothing more.

Interstitial scenes of Jenna running a tattoo parlor, busy at work on an unidentified body with her latest creation are presented pretentiously in black and white, and do little to knit together the five sex vignettes. IMDb's brief synopsis reads like a back of the DVD plug, the real one turning out to be misleading but in a different way.

What we get is not the tattoos coming to life but merely sexual fantasies presumably by Jenna fast at work. Finale fantasy has a young and studly Brad with her in a foxhole as a wartime barrage is going on all around them, but they hump anyway. The other stagings are meant to be artistic but just seem silly, as in Jenna as an Angel with wings (presupposing a Victoria's Secret fashion show) having sex with Alex Sanders near statuary presumably representing low-budget Heaven; a Jenna-missing Old West sex scene with Mickey G. not humping his wife (who is featured in a different scene) but instead Indian maiden Alex Dane; a lesbian threesome involving Missy, JJ and icon Felecia; and busty exotic Kia in a threesome with Sanders and Sean Ryder.
