"Blind Love", episode 7 of the last season of the "Grimm", forgets for a while the... grim, dark and brooding plots and gives us one of the 'funny' episodes. And the better for it, because "Blind Love" is one of the best episodes of the series, very very funny. And it reminds us, the viewers, of why have we come to care and enjoy to be with those characters.
Rosalee has a surprise for Monroe's birthday: a weekend party at a hotel. But one of the employees of the hotel is wesen... and has a grudge against Nick. At the same time, Diana and Renard receive an unexpected visit.
Both story-lines play it with lots of humor and tongue-in-cheek. Diana and Renard's weekend together, which could have given for tension and scary moments, turns pretty soon into silliness (Sasha Roiz's faces tells us everything). And the everyone falls in love with everyone at the hotel is overacted, really silly, but so much fun that you will enjoy every second of it. Those actors have been together for so long that it is easy to see the fun they are having with all the plot twists and, especially, the dialogue.
