There's plenty of bucks to be made (evidently) in the ongoing series of XXX parodies, but like so many others SUPERGIRL XXX is a waste of footage. Clocking in at over 160 minutes (plus tons of pointless "extras") it is a bloated, tiresome exercise.
I would have preferred a quickie knockoff of the 1984 Helen Slater film, which I enjoyed watching theatrically back in the day. Instead we are treated to idiotic mimicking of the SUPERMAN saga, ending with a dreaded "to be continued..." card.
Alanah Rae is the busty title brunette, though I enjoyed watching not her but rather the hapless heroine played by cute Sunny Lane, as well as the hissable villainess Natasha Luthor essayed by Andy San Dimas. Other characters playing Superman & Lois Lane are basically sexual guest stars.
Lame plot line concerns a campus sorority Pi Pi Pi, with both Lane and Rae as roommates and pledges. Much of the action concerns Luthor's nerdy assistant, a ham-bone given to impromptu Robert De Niro impressions.
Very poor SPFX drag the video down, but of course it is meant as pure porn. I see that auteur "Sinister X"/"Robert Brown" has cranked out other comic book spoofs, but suffering through this one was enough for me.
Former porn superstar Tom Byron is credited as supervising producer and additional editor, and he pops up pointlessly in a non-sex cameo role.
