Dexter sends a messy manifesto to the Miami Herald to mislead the investigations of Lundy's team. With Sergeant Doakes on his tail, Dexter plots a Machiavellian scheme to get rid of the hassle. Gail punishes Cody for calling Dexter and Rita takes an attitude sending her back home. Debra dumps Gabriel and shows affection for Agent Lundy. Meanwhile Dexter sentimental life is divided between Lila that supports him in his addiction and Rita and her kids that give sense of family to him. Out of the blue, Lila decides to call the attention to her.
In this episode, Dexter frames the dangerous Doakes and this attitude will probably bring consequences in the next episodes. However the reckless attitude of Lila seems to indicate that the woman will be trouble for him. My vote is eight.
