Sarah McNerney (Brittany Murphy) lives in Beverly Hills with her wealthy family and is an educated girl, lover of Arts, speaking other languages and knowing other countries. She meets Tom Leezak (Ashton Kutcher), a typical American young man, fan of football, beer and having a mediocre job in the graveyard shift in a radio. The fall in love for each other, get married and travel to Europe for their honeymoon, where many incidents happen, mainly because of the insecurity and lack of knowledge of other cultures of Tom. The end of this comedy is very predictable, but works very well. The lack of culture, the egocentrism, the alienation, the attraction for money, the incapability of speaking other languages, all of these characteristics of a typical American are explored in a very funny way in this comedy, producing lots of laughs. A good entertainment. My vote is seven.
