Why do they remake old classic movies? Don't they ever learn? How big are chances of making a movie as good as the original?
I understand when they want to remake old BAD movies (with potential) but you got to have some balls to mess with movies like Psycho,The Haunting and several others. This one is simply bad, zero real scares, none of the originals creepy atmosphere and you can see that the actors are bored with the material(you almost hear them saying:"OK,are we done,can I have my money please").Effects are not terrible,but it doesn't help much when everything else is. Stick to the original, a true haunted house classic...
