This film remains my absolute all time favorite movie. Shirley MacLaine and Jack Nicholson give the performances of their long and distinguished careers. Jeff Daniels actually does a good job in this! Debra Winger and John Lithgow show that they are truly great actors. These people were perfectly cast. MacLaine IS Aurora. Nicholson IS Garrett. Winger and Daniels ARE the Hortons. I think you get my drift here.
