Poll: The Two ER Departures of Sherry Stringfield

Actress Sherry Stringfield has primarily been known for her roles on TV. She started off as a cast member on the daytime soap opera Guiding Light before moving up to primetime on NYPD Blue. After one season she left the series only to land her breakout role as an original cast member on ER (1994) playing Dr. Susan Lewis. In the third season she left the series only to return in the eighth season. She left again at the start of the twelfth season which produced an interesting piece of trivia: she was both the first and last original cast member to depart from the series.

Which of her two stints on the series produced better performances by the talented actress?
